Dr. Maharaj is an Occupational Medicine Physician with intensive care and emergency medicine experience. His diverse medical background allows him to deliver comprehensive care with a deep understanding of both acute and preventative health needs.

While working in the public health sector, he witnessed firsthand the strain placed on hospitals and tertiary care systems. This experience deeply shaped his philosophy of medicine, highlighting the urgent need for stronger primary prevention strategies. He became convinced that empowering individuals to prevent illness before it occurs is far more impactful than only treating disease after it develops. This passion for preventative healthcare has since become the foundation of his professional career and the motivation behind founding Healthy Mind Foundation.

Mrs. Moonilal-Maharaj is a pharmacist and the CEO of Apex Digital Solutions, where she helps businesses work more efficiently through practical digital tools. She is passionate about community health education and making reliable health information easier for people to access.

Beyond her professional roles, she is deeply committed to supporting women and young people through education, leadership, and personal development. By bringing together her healthcare background, business experience, and genuine desire to serve, she works to improve access to healthcare, encourage healthier lifestyles, and create positive change within her community.
