Invest In Her Health:
Her Health, Our Future.

The Healthy Mind Foundation is proud to host a Women’s Health Conference in honour of International Women’s Day 2026, aligned with the global theme “Give to Gain.”

Women’s health is a critical pillar of family well-being, workforce productivity, and national development. Yet, across the Caribbean and worldwide, women continue to face disproportionate health challenges, including mental health strain, chronic illnesses, reproductive health concerns, workplace stress, and the demands of caregiving.

International Women’s Day 2026 calls for the generous investment of time, knowledge, and resources to advance gender equality. In response to this call, the Healthy Mind Foundation is hosting this Women’s Health Conference to highlight the importance of prioritizing women’s health as a meaningful and strategic investment.

Our conference theme, “Invest in Her Health: Her Health, Our Future,” reflects this vision by emphasizing that when we invest in women’s health, the benefits extend far beyond the individual. Healthier women contribute to stronger families, more resilient workplaces, empowered communities, and a healthier society as a whole.
